Pros
Working here has been a genuinely positive experience, especially compared to other firms I’ve worked at. It’s very much a “clock in, do your job, and clock out” environment, in the best way possible. There’s no micromanaging, no forced culture, and no pressure to perform socially or be anything other than professional. Because of that, people naturally get along without the need for anything fake or forced.
One of the biggest strengths is how experience is treated. Instead of being seen as a threat, it’s recognized, respected, and rewarded. Advancement opportunities are real and based on knowledge and performance, not office politics or popularity contests.
The compensation is also competitive and, in many cases, better than what other firms offer, especially when factoring in experience. The remote work setup adds a level of flexibility that makes a big difference in work-life balance.
Another major plus is the lack of unnecessary meetings or constant “huddles” that pull you away from actually doing your job. There’s no focus on superficial tasks just for the sake of accountability. Instead, you’re given the time and autonomy to focus on your cases and move them forward efficiently.
Overall, it’s a straightforward, respectful work environment where you’re trusted to do your job, and that makes all the difference.
