Pros
I like working at Andessen because I feel that I have gained more work experience here than at all my previous jobs taken together (for only one year!). That’s because the company allows you to develop in different areas and roles, I’m engaged in a number of activities not connected with my core project. Still, it’s up to you to accept these tasks and roles or not, no pressure. I work on an interesting healthcare project, and I also know that my colleagues on the technology are on interesting projects as well, nobody is dissatisfied.
Cons
It’s not like a con, more something that you need to take into account if you want to work here: we work for customers from around the globe, so there is a likelihood that you’ll have to adjust your schedule to your customer’s time zone.
