Pros
In September 2022, I started QA Manual courses at Andersen company, which lasted for about 2 months. After completing the courses, I passed a technical interview and began working in the laboratory. Three months later, I was hired as a full-time employee and started working on a commercial project as an embedded tester. After a year of work, I decided to change my career direction and return to classical testing. I like that the company offers opportunities to try out different roles and gain experience in technical interviews, management, and pre-sales. More experienced colleagues are willing to share knowledge and expertise. I also value the clear and understandable process of grade advancement with specific timelines. Additionally, I appreciate the opportunity to express my wishes and ideas and receive support in their implementation.
Cons
One potential drawback is the lack of transparency in salary review processes and feedback systems.
