2yAt Andersen, we deeply value your feedback, especially from those who have been with us for several years. We also recognize your dedication and hard work through various benefits, gifts, and extra pay for extra work.
Regarding your comments, we have simplified the salary review process by removing the number of approvers so that it is completed on time if a project is started. The new rate and PR allow us to give you feedback on your performance, and the salary review can be as early as next month.
At Andersen, we are committed to fostering a transparent work environment. We strive to make information about our existing processes as accessible as possible for all employees. To achieve this, we utilize various internal corporate communication channels, such as mailing lists, detailed process descriptions on Wikispace, and SD briefings highlighting ongoing and board-focused processes.
We also have a troubleshooting or ASCORM map. If a process seems unclear to you, you can ask your resource manager or HR, send an email to feedback@andersenlab.com, or look at the description of that process on the internal Wiki.
As for the internship, we are constantly updating our training programmes and working on changing assessments to provide our employees with even more opportunities to develop and grow within our company.
