Pros

Lots of opportunities for low and mid-level staff if you want to transfer to other departments or learn new tasks. Great if you’re fresh out of school or like working for large companies

Cons

Siloed work, but normal for a large company, so not a con if that’s what you’re used to or looking for.

There is room for growth, but climbing up the ladder isn't always easy or simple.
