      Pros

      Love my teams, love the benefit. I like that they often question employees to know their opinion. I like that they help the community and this frequently.

      Cons

      Sometimes they hide reality in terms of gains and losses. Many "politicians" style answers. You have to dig to get real answers.

      Pros

      Great developers who care, flexible remote options

      Cons

      No communication from management. I was let go with no notice and was cited for not meeting metrics that I was achieving. The manager who made the decision would not speak to me directly. Andersen has a history of being a stable, long-term place to work, but that is changing rapidly.
