Place is an absolute joke - Senior Associate Andersen Employee Review

HR is a complete and utter joke. Management loves her because she will do anything for them and they completely ignore and shut down all feedback that says she is a detriment to the firm and harming the practice. Management has their own agenda and it does not include creating a stable and supportive environment to nurture talent. There is a reason for the ridiculous high turnover, with entire teams walking out because nothing is done regarding partner misconduct.
