      Pros

      The people and the experience is great they give you real responsibilities and forces you to really push yourself and see what your capable of.

      Cons

      Long hours are tough but the experience is good and it makes you work hard I think it's good for younger interns to see what it's like

      Free lunch during busy season

      Cons

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
