Pros
The best thing at Andela is the people. There are super-talented people across the organization in sales, customer success, matching, etc. During my time at Andela, I had leaders who invested in me and championed me. Unfortunately, most of these leaders have left the organization due to poor leadership from the C- suite. 2022 Andela was a GREAT company to work for, and I would have recommended to everyone who interviewed, but now things have changed.
Cons
The constant change in strategy leads to lots of finger-pointing among the C-suite. As an IC, I shouldn't know about which CXO hates the other CXO or how poorly they treat each other in Business Review meetings. AFter many rounds of layoffs, ICs are stretched thin in doing the work of multiple people while the C-suite continues to bloat.
