At Andela, you literally feel like you are changing the world. You can feel the impact of your work, how your contribute drives the mission. The Andela mission is an important one - Brilliance is evenly distributed and Andela gives everyone the opportunity to prove it. I learnt so much in my time at Andela, I was trusted with so much and was provided with the opportunity to hone my skills and push myself. A huge plus are the amazing people you are opportuned to work with daily. The meals + snacks, team bonding events were a plus as well.
Cons
Hiring people over long time employees instead of promoting within. The managers have too much power, direct reports can get fired for not getting along with their managers. The company is growing fast so a lot of things that were great in the beginning are getting lost
