* The company is a great for people willing to get a strong start in the IT world. * Bright future. * Very smart engineers * Meaningful mission * Sponsorship opportunities * Daily lunches, gym membership, reasonable vacation. * Fully paid medical expenses ( rare to find in the Bay area)

Cons

Areas to improve: * Transparent annual employee evaluation on every single employee, not randomly. * Exit interview ( Has more weight than entrance interview). * Enforce English as official office language. * Invest in employee's learning - it will get back to AF in $$$. * Invest in competent engineering leads, who know how to: - listen - treat their subordinates in a way they would like to be treated - motivate - bring the best out of his/her subordinates
