Member Services will pay you less than your male counterparts if you are female. - Member Services has a ‘Tenured club’ of employees that have been with the company for 9+ years. This group struggles with superiority and often puts down newer employees. - Lack of leadership skills and qualities in management (especially in the managers who have been with the company for more than six years) - Personal and professional development are limited to your exact role specifications. - Tenured management is reticent to accept new ideas or develop easier employee processes.
