Pros
Young coworkers and easy to relate to them. When I was there, everyone was fresh out of college so everyone's at the same position as you. Snacks and breakfast a few times a week was good.
Cons
You will stay at the same position all your time there because there is no way of moving up, no amount of hard work will raise your position. A lot of micromanagement and favoritism. Even if you work to the best of your ability you will not be compensated. Bonuses range from $0-$$$$ as much as the CEO wants if he likes you so if he barely knows you, good luck with getting a good bonus. Unfair business practices. CEO is NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. He hates giving pay raises and your managers won't help with that so you'll be stuck at a low pay rate all your days of working there. So many HR people have left because of the unfairness and I don't blame them at all. If you can, try not to work here, it is not worth your time. Very high turnover rate and this is proven with the fact that you used to need a bachelor's degree to work there and now you only need a high school degree.
