Joining Anaplan has felt like jumping on an exciting rocketship set to take off. There are huge strategic initiatives laced in customer-centric GTM transformation plays meant to drive us forward as the premier thought leader in connected business planning making it feel like you're part of something meaningful and cutting edge. The coolest part right now is the top-down buy in to Customer Success. Our CEO sits in on CS All Hands and personally backs Value Realization initiatives in a way I've never seen before. Our CCO and CRO work in lock step to empower the post-sale teams giving the whole function a seat at the table. A few other highlights: -The compensation, benefits and unlimited PTO feel fair for the level of work that needs to be done in the fast paced environment. -The Employee Resource Groups are elevated and empowered to use their voices to make people feel heard. -The people are really good humans.
Cons
If you don't like fast-paced environments with an all-hands-on-deck approach, this is likely not the place for you. Decisions are made quickly and driven by profitability but not in a bad way - instead in a very business-savvy way. However you have to be someone who enjoys that challenge in order to be happy. It can be overwhelming at times to prioritize what is most important so you have to be able to use your voice here to say what you need to succeed.
