I can’t speak to the previous leadership team at Anaplan, but what I can speak to is the passion Anaplanners have for building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where people feel they belong. We recently shared our multi-year DEIB strategy with employees, and while we have work to do, I’m excited to make measurable progress. To reinforce our commitment, our CEO recently signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge, the largest business-led initiative for advancing DEI in the workplace.
