Pros
Quality of Work - Depends on the team. A few teams have real good work whereas worklife balance may not be that great Felixibilty to move across Domains within the company - Design, DV, STA, PD, DFT
Cons
Compensation and other benefits are way below industry standards for many employees. Employee PF is shown as part of compensation which is not so common in industry. No ESPP option. Work life balance is not that great in teams which has good quality of work. No correlation seen between the kind of work, the team which you are in and yearly hikes.
