      Work-life balance, innovative technology, good teaching, great culture, strong internal engineering tools department.

      Cons

      Range of positions. Not all positions get treated great. There can be layoffs. The pay is not fantastic.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
