1. Fast paced - Management is quick to take decisions, that helps move projects forward in an agile manner. 2. Growth potential - Due to the focussed team and innovative ideas being explored, there is huge growth potential, especially for junior-senior level executives. 3. Approachable and supportive management and staff - The management is very approachable and during my time at the organisation, I felt the staff to be very supportive and going out of their way to help each other. 4. Appreciative - Talent and hard work is recognised by leadership 5. Getting heard - Feedback is heard and positive action taken regularly. All in all, my experience with Anacle help solidify my technical foundations and helped me grow and contribute.
