      Work from home (3 days home, 2 days in office) Managers are understanding and empathetic. Discounted canteen, free tea and coffee. Staff mobile deals and deals in general. Flexi time.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency in terms of contract as in its difficult to be made permanent yet they always express the desire to retain employees.
