Pros

Small enough company to have your opinions heard and management (In London) do listen to what you have to say. You can be more involved in a lot of different things due to the size of the company. Broad customer base across many different industries (Media&Entertainment, Finance, Oil + Gas etc.) Have some very good partners in the Media & Entertainment industry that allows you if working in support to have lots of exposure to the sector Relaxed office environment, with a new office move happening in the next couple of months to an exciting new location.

Cons

Lack of investment into staff. Career path feels undefined. Quiet periods can lead to boredom Lack of communication from Senior Management can be frustrating. No benefits other than a basic pension (Government mandated)

Pros

Rewarding low pressure working environment. Management has a true open door policy and is very open to trying new ideas. New vision laid out for the business looks very promising. Very understanding that there is more to life than just work. Pay is good for the area.

Cons

Communication breakdown, particularly between UK and US office, is troubling. Occasional lack of direction from management can lead to confusion and misunderstandings of goal(s). Company is relatively small, so while you can forge your own path, there is no designated growth path.
