Management is all about micromanaging and constantly pressuring employees - of course, people are stressed out! There's barely any genuine engagement or concern for the team. Even if you're already regular, it doesn't matter, you can still get fired just like that. No surprise the attrition rate is sky-high. Leadership seriously needs training because the current setup is a mess. Pay raises? Almost nonexistent. They treat employees like workhorses, dangling a carrot on a stick with empty promises. It’s exhausting and demotivating. DO BETTER.
