Pros
I am a perpetually dissatisfied employee who has had conflict with many (though not all) past supervisors. At times I have wondered whether I was the problem or just had high standards for how people should be treated. Whichever is the case, Amshot has always exceeded my high expectations of leadership. Michael and Rick are two of the kindest and most principled people who I have ever met. They are also super smart and have hired high quality people. The environment is positive, fun, and productive. I am so happy that I worked here, mostly because I have become friends with people who I expect to spend time with for the rest of my life.
Cons
The working environment may be too loose and unstructured for some people. Michael and Rick give guidance but if you are not a self starter then this probably is not a good work place.
