Good coworkers that are supportive. Experience is good

Cons

Low pay Stand for hours Sit on uncomfortable stools when not standing Crazy schedule (Schedule is mostly out a week prior ) Promotion with raise that is very low No PTO (Difficult to request time off) Cannot leave building until shift is over

We’d like to clarify a few points mentioned: our promotion increases are based on performance and are designed to be significant, reflecting both responsibility and tenure. In addition, all employees receive paid time off (PTO), and we encourage everyone to use it for rest and personal needs. For security and safety reasons, we do require that associates remain on-site until their shift has ended — this policy is in place to protect both our team and the facility. We understand scheduling can sometimes feel challenging, and we’re continually working to improve advance posting and flexibility where possible. We appreciate your dedication and commitment, and we welcome continued feedback through your supervisor or HR so we can keep making this a better place to work.
