Pros
Culture, strong leadership, and career mobility come to mind. Leadership is genuinely concerned about my well-being and they are constantly investing in my growth. My division is adding new members even during the COVID-19 interruption and senior members are getting promoted into new roles.
Cons
No cons at this point, since I am new its hard to give a full assessment. As a field-based employee, you do feel somewhat disconnected from the other divisions and HQ employees. The company has recently put together a monthly newsletter which does address the issue.
