Pros
There are great opportunities for individual growth. I started as an intern and management really helped me gain new skills to rise up and find a role that I was passionate about. Since the company is still small it allows us to make quick pivots with the fast changing market in order to stay on top. If you’re interested in learning a new skill or taking on a new project the management team finds a way to make it happen. It’s cool to see how the product has really gone through some great evolutions lately and clients are really responding to it.
Cons
Since Amplifinity is still a smaller company you have to be good at multitasking and taking on a variety of responsibilities. If you’re not able to quickly change directions and multitask Amplifinity may not be the place for you.
