Pros
Great technical training sessions, frequent enough to keep up with the industry. Good process in place to evaluate and stimulate employees' progression. Good comradery among colleagues (unfortunately due to bad management).
Cons
Directors treating workplace as if it was their own backgarden (dogs included), an atmosphere as if being in a bad school/prison constantly in place. Staff treated badly: shouted at, often threatened of being sacked too. A punish and a "sickness is weakness" (asked/forced to go to work even when sick) culture reinforced on a daily basis.
