Poor work/life balance - Account Manager Amphenol Employee Review

Too much work for too few people to adequately handle the customers and the issues with timely delivery of product. Always putting out fires. Direct manager never supported her staffs needs to upper management. Frequently very rude/unprofessional in the handling of conversations when assistance requested. Could be condescending and short, so made for hesitancy in approaching for help. Too many meetings with some not even applicable to job scope. Took valuable time away from doing job requirements. Rarely took a lunch break away from desk. Couldn't afford the time away.
