Company cares about its people Safety (Covid guidelines) was a top priority Great manager Great pay compared so same role in other media companies Great benefits, affordable! Never took my job home with me, great work life balance
Cons
Did not believe in the work from home culture long term (in the future when Covid dies down) even for roles that didn’t require in person interaction
