      Pros

      Amperity has a strong, differentiated product and a clear enterprise use case. There are talented people in the business and real market opportunity.

      Cons

      However, my experience of the leadership environment was poor. There were instances of behaviour that I would describe as bullying, along with internal politics that appeared to carry more weight than performance. That combination creates an unstable environment, particularly in enterprise sales where consistency, trust, and sponsorship are critical. If you are joining, be aware that outcomes may not always correlate with results, and that leadership style and internal dynamics can materially impact your experience.
