Pros
I have been in several call centers in my time. This is the first one where the management treats you like a human being and a friend. I was treated as such from the first day on from everyone there, literally. The pay is great especially in comparison to the simplicity of the work, to the point where I felt guilty about it lol The greatest thing this company and culture has that none other can come close to is this, they don't lord over you or constantly stand over your shoulder watching what you do or watching your numbers and writing you up for the slightest deviation. They don't bark at you for taking a break if you need it. As long as you are doing your part, they are happy...... AS IT SHOULD BE EVERYWHERE! This is probably the lowest stress, highest paying phone job in the state.
Cons
Not really a con: The work IS repetitive but they were open and honest throughout the interview so I knew going in. There were no surprises. I found joy in the simpleness of it. Believe me, after coming from so many extremely high stress jobs where you feel like you're struggling and bleeding for every dime with managers who don't connect with you or care, who hold a sword over your head just waiting for any excuse, to this...was a welcomed relief.
