I worked at this company for a significant period, and it's safe to say it was the worst professional experience of my life. The leadership team is completely out of touch with reality. They consistently set unrealistic expectations for their employees and, more frustratingly, seem to pick and choose who they hold accountable for meeting these expectations. I have never worked at company where the CEO and COO belittle you publicly even when they are in the wrong. The lack of transparency and fairness in this organization is disheartening. It's not just about poor management; it's about a complete disregard for the well-being and success of their employees. It's disheartening to see such potential wasted due to the ineptitude of those at the top. I strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. This company's practices are not only detrimental to its employees but also, I believe, potentially damaging to the clients it serves.
