- Promotions are only for those who don't mind uprooting their entire family and moving across state lines.
- Promotions are not exactly consistent. Some turn in crappy work and get promoted and others work their back end off and turn in much more detailed, thorough work and still waiting for a promotion. It depends on what your supervisor is like. Some are really tough, some are very lax.
- The workload can be very, very stressful at times and Amica just seems to believe "we can handle it" or refers us to their benefits for stress management. Some of us miss our families. We may be "there" but we are not "there" (if you know what I mean).
- Some supervisors don't have much personality, some do. I suppose that is true in any organization.
