-Sometimes unhealthy "workplace" culture. They expect all employees to be engaging & consider that in your pay raise (has some weight on your quarterly/yearly goals). So this place is not "introvert" friendly. -Managers are put under pressure from supervisors which results in the whole team feeling under pressure -The company overall tends to be pretty old school, there are more older employees here so as someone under 30 years old, you can feel the generation gap as the company and its older employees tend to be resistant to change (not allowing for more WFH days for example). Or focusing on employee's work rather than their ability to engage/chit-chat. Was hoping more changes would come since there's a new CEO but haven't seen much change there.
