Amica management turned a good place to work into a negative micromanaged environment.
While other insurance companies are increasing pay to keep up with inflation, Amica upper managements solution was to gave us new job titles. Instead of licensed insurance representative (which we all are) they gave us customer care. Only because if they call us licensed they would have to pay us more according to average salary data. Giving us a more demeaning title means they dont have to. They think we are dumb and dont realize this.
Amica has too many managers, not enough people doing the actual work.
Dont spend your life in a micromanaged call center. Look elsewhere.
