Room for growth is tied mostly to your relocation capabilities. If you move every 24-36 months you move up no problem. You don't even have to be qualified for the position. VPs Are severely disconnected from the front line experience so they make decisions that are often bad customer service practices.

The program training issued is set up poorly as were taking outdated systems and making them new but more complicated to use. Most of branch managers and Vps have no idea how to use the systems and what the customer experience is like but they're calling the shots.
