Would highly recommend for students at Iowa State looking to get an on-campus job with many opportunities

Pay isn't great, but many of the issues are issues with academia in general and not Ames Lab in particular

Good training environment Access to plenty of equipment

Poor management and communication Lack of clarity in work needed for project and designated timeline
