Horrible management - will keep building you up in saying that you will move up yet any little mistake and error they will keep you down No balance in work and social life - you work 6 days, mostly 10 hour days. with the type of physical work you do, you need way more than 1 day rest Manager was terrible - no real leadership, you can't manage a warehouse and manage people, not a people person, didn't think. A lot of people have quit under his employment, he moves up people that he likes, so you basically had to suck up to him.
