Upon entry, the gossip & internal talks begin. - very little upper mobility structure or pathways - lack of experienced leadership & CEO - lack of ethics (this company continuously has lawsuit settlements with employees) - Racial bias and no equal treatment, especially in the hiring process (you may walk into a meeting where the CEO is talking about physically harming anyone not aligned with their political views) - Lack of diversity in any upper management - Constant racial slurs used & derogatory statements are a norm in various meetings here
