Good solid company. Good company values and priorities.
Cons
Benefits and salary. Not very competitive in this market. Rather let good talent leave than to try to keep them and hire an unknown entity typically for a higher salary. Disappointing.

Direct manager cares and has goals in place to help improve the department. The core team is made up of great people that work well together.
Cons
Seems like the plant director is actively and intentionally making the entire plant worse. Zero accountability for disrespecting hourly workers even when it's brought to management's attention. Supervisors have completely checked out and refuse to provide the help needed for their people to succeed. Nonexistent advancement opportunities unless you go to church with or are friends with certain managers. Cliquey front office and improper use of employee information. Little to no diversity in management roles. There is a single manager that's a POC and he's their most recent hire.
