      Nice coworkers. Good benefits and pay. Good for young people. The owners care and are kind and approachable. HR is also approachable.

      Cons

      I wouldn't recommend if you are a women. Those we work with in other companies trust men more and some even flirt or make absurd comments.

      Pros

      They are good folks. They never mess with you and if you have a problem out on the road they will be more than happy to do whatever they can to help and take care of it. Always a pleasant voice on the other end.

      Cons

      It’s nothing to do with American Transport, the trucking industry as a whole is just awful right now. American is a owner operator company and they don’t make any money until you do.
