Pros
From the outside it's a great company that "cares" about it's employees. Great pay and benefits. Friendly team members.
Cons
Extremely high turn over rates due to poor management. They lose a lot of good employees due to poor senior management. Upper management does not address ongoing issues or concerns brought to their attention. There is absolutely NO training for new employees and they are setup for failure from day one. Employees are lacking resources needed to be successful, but managers don't seem to care. Management has an attitude consistent with, YOU owe them for doing you a favor and hiring you. By working here you can expect to be thrown into a situation without resources and tools needed to succeed. Expect to work long hours with no work life balance due to large workloads/volume and being understaffed. Internal departments don't communicate with each other and mediocrity seems to be consistently rewarded. There is no clear career path or professional development available.
