If you lack skills and can survive on big talk, this is the place for you as there is no appreciation for talent here. Senior leadership do a good job of keeping talent engaged by promising huge bonuses and showing and talking fancy initiatives with no plans to achieve them.
Cons
Focus is on all things other than selling tires. Priorities change every week. Bonus numbers attractive but never given during my employment. It’s a bait. Senior leadership are a bunch who move together from company to company, no wonder two bankruptcies in 6 years. Absolutely no career progression and leader don’t care about staff, promotions are reserved for only those in the inner circle. HR is just a watchdog for leadership and anyone who complaints gets fired. toxic Toxic toxic work culture don’t waste your time here.
