Pros
The one thing they seem to get right is pay... more or less. I feel fairly compensated financially, also I currently get to work from home, that's worth quite a bit, but that's where the warm fuzzy stops.
Cons
How a phone center can be run like an Amazon warehouse is beyond me. I've gotten emails for being 7 seconds over on my break, but I'm expected to stay after my shift to answer any calls that squeaked in after hours. Took away 3 weeks of vacation and gave me PTO instead... said it was better for us, how is making me EARN what I've already EARNED all over again every year. Then when you request time off "Work Force Management" says Nope too many people already off. Several people I know are losing a week or more of vacation due to use it or lose it policy and they were not allowed to use it. Should be a lawsuit in there somewhere but I'm no legal expert. Been with the company 10 years. First 6 were run by people who understand automotive. This new batch of millennial's are more interested in "innovating" than they are at the core task of distributing tires... I mean after all it IS in the name.
