      Pros

      Great boss and company to work for, Cris Reyes is a great manager. I highly recommend every one that is looking for job to apply with ATD, I can see myself working with this company for a very long time.

      Cons

      I wish we just work M- F instead of rotating every 5 weeks or so.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
