      The boss cares about everybody and compensates as such to show how much he cares

      Cons

      it's hard work, but everybody helps out and there are plenty of hours and over time makes it all worth it

      They taught me how to work how to drive forklift and how to pick orders and keep the warehouse in order

      Cons

      They have a lot of overtime and require you to stay 12+ hours a day.
