Pros
The pay is mostly decent. The work can be fairly easy. They offer 80 hours of vacation to you once you complete probation. As well as receiving 40 hours of sick pay. You can roll your 80 hours of vacation over to the next year and have 160 hours of vacation, though you can't go higher than that. It's a mostly relaxed environment.
Cons
The communication is absolutely nonexistent. No one communicates with each other. The operators are always having to wonder what is going on. They are super strict when it comes to attendance. If you call the attendance number to inform them that you are going to be, say 10 minutes, late, they will mark you down as a same day call in, even if you show up and work your shift. If you get 8 marks, you get fired. I got a mark simply because I asked what the number was if I was ever going to be late. I got another mark because i had to leave early to take my wife to the hospital. Its beyond ridiculous. To me, it seems like it doesn't matter how good of an employee you are, or how much of a hard worker you are, if you are late even once, you get onto the supervisor's bad side.
