      Good coworkers, some senior management cares

      Cons

      Pay is subpar for the work expected, raises don’t keep up with inflation (or even pretend to), lots of secrets and uncertainty after being bought out by a reinsurance company

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
