      Great holiday schedule. Added 3 days from previous year. 5% company match. Up 1% from previous year.

      Cons

      Lots of constant organizational change. No clear path to growth and promotion. Clique popularity mentality with upper leadership. If you aren’t in the club, you don’t seem to get anywhere. Pure lack of professionalism from upper leadership in regards to any form of communication with mid management and lower.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
