Pros

The company, I hear, is actually a great company. People are amazing. They train you well. My manager is very engaging and schedules events for the team can meet outside of work.

Cons

The company is great but the Client Service Center is horrible. We work all holidays for not much more money. I was promised time off but they could not honor it. Tried to move to other departments but was denied. I spoke with HR about it and they said that the department director is your best asset and she decides if you're ready to move on.
