Pros
Great coworkers (excluding management), 401K with matching contribution, holidays off (mostly) and several "hidden" benefits such as local discounts. They have a deli on-site that is run by a GREAT family.
Cons
Outdated and unsafe facilities and equipment, high stress, consistent micromanagement, extreme politics and backstabbing from top to bottom, hypocritical policies and strategies, apathetic view of employees-everyone is a number and nothing more outside of a few middle managers. This company constantly begs you to donate to the United Way, and at times will make you pay for incentives such as wearing jeans. There are more meetings going on than there is working. There is a lot of red tape with most positions, and in an effort to "simplify" work flow, things become unnecessarily complicated and counter-productive.
